What if I don’t live in the U.S.?
If you live outside the U.S., you can come in for your first medical visit at one of our offices in Los Angeles or New York City, or hold a virtual visit within the U.S. For licensing reasons, you have to physically be in the state that your doctor is licensed in during your initial visit. Following your first visit, you can be located anywhere for virtual visits.
Please note that our doctors are unable to prescribe medicine or request testing internationally. Therefore, we would recommend going to a lab and picking up all prescriptions while you are in the U.S. While outside of the country, communication between you and your provider would occur on a consultative basis. We recommend that you have a primary care provider in your home country as well.
