What does an online visit mean?

An online visit is just like an in-person doctor or health coach visit except you hold it through a secure video platform. You will receive an email with a link to open a video screen where your doctor or health coach will be waiting to talk with you. During your first doctor’s visit, your provider will even perform a visual exam, looking at things like your tongue, nails, eyes, and neck.
