Do you provide urgent or acute care?

We are not an urgent care provider and are not available for same-day emergency appointments. If you have a medical emergency, we recommend that you visit urgent care or an ER. If you are a member, we can help with non-urgent requests like prescription refills, or create a plan for managing a cold or sinus infection. Our doctors will respond to non-urgent messages in 24-72 hours.
